- Up to $1 million / $3 million (or applicable cap limits in VA)
- Claims Made and Reported ("Demand") policy form (incident trigger may be available for qualified accounts)
- Prior Acts on select accounts
- Defense Expense in addition to the limit of liability available
- Corporate/Entity coverage (shared limits)
- Employee Coverage (shared limits)
- 12, 24, and 36 months extended reporting period (ERP) options
- Elite Provider form set available for qualified accounts
- Consent to Settle (with a Hammer Clause)
- Standard Deductible of $2500 provided; lower or $0 Deductible options available on some risks

- Prohibited Venues: AK, HI, KS, ME, NY, PA, RI, WV, WI, Cook County - IL, Clark County - NV, in FL - Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties
